The Virginia Forage and Grassland Council (VFGC) is excited to host the 2026 Annual Conference.  This year's conference will  focus on how to improve soil and animal performance and lower long-term input costs on your grazing operation and will be offered at multiple locations along with a livestream opportunity.  

Presenters
Dr. Terry Swecker, DVM, PhD is retired from VA-MD school of Vet Medicine, where he spent 44 years in teaching, research, and practice.

Doug Peterson is retired from NRCS where he served for over 30 years. most recently as the Regional Soil Health Specialist for Missouri and Iowa.
