We are excited about the upcoming 2026 VFGC Winter Forage Conference. I just mailed you a hard copy of this information, but many sponsors have asked to receive it electronically so I am sending it out in this email.
We would like to thank you again for your sponsorship of past Virginia Forage and Grassland Council (VFGC) winter forage conferences. Our 2026 winter forage conferences are scheduled for the following dates: January 27 - Wytheville, January 28 - Chatham, January 29 – Warrenton, and January 30 - Weyers Cave. This year’s conference will focus on Managing for Healthy Animals and Healthy Soil on Grazing Operations. I have attached a conference brochure with more specific details.
As you can see from the brochure, we have leading industry speakers and an excellent program planned that will attract many producers from Virginia and surrounding states. We would like to invite you to participate in the 2026 Virginia Forage and Grassland Council Winter Forage Conferences, again this year, as a sponsor and exhibitor. Attached is a sponsorship form that outlines the various sponsorship levels and what is included with each level. As in the past, we will have display tables for each sponsor and will have ample time built in the schedule for you to visit with the attendees about your business and services. Keep in mind another big opportunity this year, if you sponsor at the Silver or Gold level, this will pay your corporate membership for the year!
